They've got similar signs surrounding the Betty Ford Center over at Eisenhower Medical Center...I'll often park right outside (it's heavily hedged with wire fence behind) when taking the old parents to one of their doctors.
I guess the Elizabeth Taylors of the world don't want to get Paparrazi'd while wandering around in their housecoats.
