They said it didn’t flood in ‘86...they did make a point to tell us! We aren’t required to have flood insurance.

I can’t imagine it flooding this direction...we do seem higher than the southern side.

Well, then you don’t have anything to worry about other then some inconvenience if it happens, which I doubt it will, really. Just over dramatic news casts is my guess.
