I’ve saddled my horse, and watching to see what he will do, so far nothing, he’s out there with his head hanging in the halter like he’s asleep:)....yeah!!! I’ve been worrying that what ever was the problem a while back was something that was going to continue guess not:) It’s been since last Tues. that I rode.
But while I’m waiting, giving him some time, I have to tell you something funny. I had some really pretty ornamental ribbon grass planted out front, not in the garden. It had gotten really big, and looked really well out there. It’s white with a pretty green stripe, and it’s really wavey. Anyway, I noticed Sat, it was all chomped off, and ragged looking. I couldn’t figure out what happened. I’ve seen grasshoppers destroy plants over night, but I haven’t noticed all that many grasshoppers this year. Last night tho, while I had Harley out there grazing,,, guess what:). He’s the culprit. I never even thought about him having ate but he did, almost to the ground. Looking back tho, I should have known, after all it is grass:)

Evidently it’s both pretty and tasty!
