Hi everyone, I'm not trying to steer you all away from what Becky has going on, but here are the videos that I promised you. In one my trainer is telling me to sit up! Sit up!
Sit up! and then in another one is something hilarious she says about doing a Dolly Parton impression. I always have a strong tendency to lean forward when I ride at the trot and canter, but I don't care if you folks see my faults. Letting my stirrups down a couple of holes will probably fix this, they were short to begin with.

Heh.... Sit up!
I’m surprised she didn’t notice and correct your stirrups, because that in itself would tend to tip you forward.
They’re neat videos. Thanks! They tell a lot more than just a picture.

I always have a strong tendency to lean forward when I ride at the trot and canter.Every Hunt seat rider, I have seen, always lean somewhat at those gaits. You look very nice and that big ole horse is such a sweetheart. You don't look funny on him. Thanks for posting the videos.

Hey, thanks for the videos Beaker! You look like you're really comfortable up there.
{sit up!}. And your trainer really sounds like she knows what she's talking about. I like to use the "hanging by a string coming out the top of your head" visual image too.
{Sit up!} I've got a book that has all that kind of stuff in it. I can't remember the name of it but I found it to be extremely helpful in maintaining a good seat.
{SitUP!} LOL, I just had to raz you a little bit. ;o)
