Well, I’d stop eating all the “diet” foods. Eat the real stuff, even real ice cream is better for you then the diet, sugar free stuff.
Other then that stuff, you sound like you are eating just about the same stuff I am, except for the fruit. I’m not a fruit eater. I eat a lot more vegetables.
Sounds like you just need to up your serving sizes. Do you weight? If so, just start eating more and don’t freak if you see yourself gaining. Get to where you want to be and just eat according to what the scales tell you, more or less.

I haven’t been weighing every day, that’s probably part of the problem. By the time I weigh myself, I’ve lost a couple more pounds. I think a lot of this is psychological, I do freak if I see myself gaining.
