Speaking of trees leafing out...I noticed my redbud tree yesterday is full of buds, and this morning they look even fatter.

Speaking of trees leafing out...I noticed my redbud tree yesterday is full of buds, and this morning they look even fatter.

That is more color than we have. We will probably be like that next weekend. With a week of 70+ temps our plants should start budding out quickly.

Our trees are starting to bud out too... but we don't have any that are red!

The rain has stopped, man it rained hard overnight (my drainage worked wonders getting rid of most of it!) I walked the hay out into the pasture just to force the horses to leave the barn for awhile. They spend most of yesterday and last night in there, they're going to be a mess.

We have grass seed germinating where we've thrown hay, we have seed germinating where we've spread manure and bedding.... new grass is starting to grow everywhere except where we put down grass seed in the lawn.... hmmm....
