Ok I have power point but never used it, so I don't how to activate.
I will even have to do a search becasue I did not open it yet I only use Word and My Picture!
Also where do you save the video files?
I am so self taught so I know very lttle only what is passed on to me!
Ok, I am glad you have received the PowerPoint Presentation at last.
Click on the paper clip on the right hand side of the e-mail and then click on the name of the file shown there. After asking you if you are sure, and you agree it should automatically find your Powerpoint program and show you the wonderful power and beauty of that program.
If that does not work, click the box below the filename which says “Save attachment”
Make sure you know where it will save it or change it to another folder and “Save”.
You can find your Powerpoint program by Start – Programs and look for the Microsoft group – if you have Powerpoint it will be there.
Click on the Program and open it – in File open the attachment you saved, then on the upper bar – click "slide show".
If you only have the Powerpoint Viewer – ask Grannie.
Make sure you have your sound up to hear the music. If the slides do not move forward hit "N" for next.
