Looking back over the past few centuries I can only see a few errors our Founding Dads made.

There should be a branch of government whose entire job is removing laws from the books.

The 'Bill of Rights' should have been a 'Bill of Rights and Responsibilities'.

Somehow I doubt that they ever anticipated the need. One thing's for sure; they would never even recognize the country they established.
