ABC has announced that Terrell Owens of the Dallas Cowboys will replace Ryan Seacrest as co-host of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 2007.
When asked why the change was being made, an ABC spokesperson explained that Dick Clark was very impressed with "TO's mastery of dropping a ball in front of thousands of screaming drunk people."
