Also, because it can be hard to get a full dose down a baby, I think they often don't full cure the infection, and so it comes back, and they can develop a resistance to the antibiotics, and then you need a stronger kind, and that's even worse on the digestion, and so on.

Appendicitis supposedly doesn't run in families, but considering three of us had it, there has to be some link, I'd say.

I had it the same year we all had chicken pox, one brother broke an arm, and two others had pneumonia. When it rains it pours...eek!
