I did that last night, before I went to bed. It’s an old habit. I think my mother must have done it...maybe hers did, too.

We always put our new calendars up on the 1st. We also (since my childhood) used to handwash all our sweaters on New Year’s Day, but now we don’t have any sweaters that need it!
