Get yourself an ankle brace for your foot, and wear it every time you run, either on the treadmill or on a natural surface. I have one that I use when I walk long, hard and fast, as I have a tendency to turn my left foot out. (This is due to a back injury, which damaged nerves in my leg.) I was surprised at how much it helped.
