Things are pretty balanced now. We were able to set up a lot of surplus capacity from all those shuttle motors. As long as no one tries to heat via induction anything bigger than say, Ceres, we should be ok...

No need to heat Ceres, or anything that size, by induction. Just spin up an aluminized mirror and heat by reflected radiation.
Takes a little longer, but you need to work out a way to capture the volatiles anyway.
We should be able to dispatch extra shuttles in twos and threes as asteroid shepherds, if we want to build up a "stockpile" once we achieve our permanent station.
Maybe a grander mission to fetch some ice from Saturn's Rings or somewhere. Put the shuttles into a rotating configuration for the trip out, and so forth.
