I never like it when the QB rolls out that far near the goal line.
unless he has an option to run the ball built into the play.
But Clemson didn't do that....
If you don't have Vince Young then it's a dumb play.
well him or Charlie Ward or Troy Smith or....
Some QBs are good to run it, others aren't.....
Ok, so did Missouri touch the ball or not on that onside kick? The morons at the Dallas CBS station decided at the start of the replay to break in for the 100th time to tell us the same weather info they said in their break in 5 minutes earlier. By the time the finished yabbering (spent more time telling us how they are 'keeping us in touch' than actually giving weather info) OSU had scored a touchdown.
Idiots.
I couldn't tell if Missouri had touched the ball before 10 yards, but it looked very close if they didn't....but I'm 100% sure that Oregon State touched it before 10 yards.....
KY win is awesome for the SEC..you will all recall that on this thread I predicted that the SEC wil only lose ONE bowl game..I thought this would be the one..but Bama imploded yesterday..
Coming up here soon....
South Carolina vs. Houston.....
Maybe....
we will see....
I don't think they'll lose the Sugar bowl but I think the Wisconsin game will be a serious test for Arkansas.
You're missing a good one in El Paso. Mizzou just went back on top 24-21.
and they may want to see how many first place votes they can get in the final AP poll..Other surprise..ND is gonna get killed...BIG TIME..
Well Clemson is making it interesting at the end.
I know :)
For some reason the Sun Bowl ALWAYS puts me to sleep....I don't know why :)
2 FGs, 1 PAT and 1 missed 2 PT Conversion....
They will probably lose this game by 8....
And you'd be correct. Over to the Sun Bowl.
Yep pretty much....
actually now it's time to get cleaned up because the wife and I are going to dinner with her sister and hubby.
FReepmail coming shortly....
A close call, eh? Good enough for me then. Thanks for the explanation.
Clemson definately was the hardest team to figure out this year. They looked like world-beaters when they played well, but then they looked awful in others. They seem to have the talent, but they can't get any consistency.
yeah pretty much....
there wasn't really a camera angle that I saw that would've proven it either way....
They seemed to beat only the teams that were obvious wins....
Virginia Tech killed them and if Georgia Tech had a decent QB, I think they would've beaten Clemson too....
