*Could* is the operative word. Within their division they are 0-3-0, and they have to play Green Bay (go Redskins!), the Eagles (divisional), the Giants (divisional), and Dallas (divisional).
So basically the Cowboys would have to lose out, since they already have 4 divisional wins.
