To kill him? No.

To take woeful revenge against him in some form? Absolutely. That should not be a crime.

I fully agree that if the guy chased him down and beat the hell out of him I would not have a problem with it at all, and if I was on the jury I would vote he walks out a free man for doing it. To use deadly force is another thing altogether, the penalty for throwing eggs shouldn't be the right to kill the guy doing it.

When I posted this exact same scenario after it happened here in Indianapolis I couldn't believe the amount of people who genuinely felt that the guy that was caught should be given a pass for killing a high school student.

Egging a car is wrong and he definitely should be brought in front of a judge for it and made to pay, heck if the guy just shot into the dirt and scared the living s#$t out of him I would consider that a great life lesson.
