Anyone that has ever been to Columbus would know that both " the innocent child" and the shooter in the SUV were quite likely gang-bangers.

I was there in 98 for a tooling convention ( tool+die). We stayed at a very high dollar hotel and were warned to NOT drive around that city( 3 day event) because it was unsafe.

It is a total sewer and driving in and out of that city every 3rd vehicle was gang-bangers.
