Aw, I'm jealous.
Learning to play piano is still on my list of things to do someday.
But more realistically, I need to find a local violin teacher one of these days. I now have a nice fiddle, courtesy of my little sister. Well...I did pay her. But she was the one who found it, fixed it up, and got it to me. They brought it to the wedding with 'em.
It was a 'used' piano sale at the Music Dept @ Univ of Delaware. The school had leased them and the dealer gets to sell them to the public after the lease is up. We got a *really* good deal on a piano that would have been way out of reach otherwise. I'm not picky about looks, but I am picky about the feel/action and the tone and voicing.... which means I got hooked on the budget busters (Schimmel, Steinway, et al) right away. LOL!!
