While we're discussing the loss of our "adopted" troops, let me add the name of CPT Travis Patriquin. I had the honor of chatting via email with him several times while working up a Hobbit Hole goodie package for him and his intel troops. It was only recently I found out about his death, and I just didn't have the heart to mention it here.

His work, and his insights, have become famous enough that he's easily googled now. I'll just give a link to his hometown newspaper.
