I also got a call from g'nad last night! It was soooo neat to talk to him! He sounded exactly as I thought he would! And so funny ... I laughed through the whole conversation!

He said it was snowing like mad, and that they didn't expect to get power back for at least a week more. He's taken the generator and patched it into the breaker panel, so they can power all sorts of things.

He said it got down to the high 30s in the house at one point, when it was 2 degrees outside. <yipe!> ...

We're baking 24 cookies for them ...

I really wish you'd made it to ShootMoot. Th'g'nads are great folks. I can't remember what it is g'nad had Steve doing, I just remember he would come in absolutely filthy and happy as a clam!
