Well, our 'storm' has been and gone, the wind portion didn't last very long and didn't amount to much. Now we wait, it's getting cold and by morning we are promised snow :~)

Oh, good evening. I found out about this today. Rose and I are thinking of going, if we can save up sufficient funds for it.

Well, another day over. Was busy, though I can't account for it all. I did try.

And I found a bar of really good quality dark chocolate in my purse. Meant to give it to my sister-in-law for Christmas, but then I'd decided I wasn't sure if she liked dark and got something else. Had kinda forgotten about this bar.

Oh, bah, that's the weekend after Talon's friend's wedding and I doubt we'll be up for travel then. Not to mention the unsubstantiated rumors of HP7 release... though I doubt those.

If you're still in IA it would only be a 3-4 hour drive... would be a 12 hour drive for us, easy enough to do within one day. It's a bit pricey though, so for us it depends on whether Rose gets another steady job between now and then.
