I've had female co-workers like that and they simply don't shut up--ever.

I have a female coworker like that right now. Good GRIEF, she drives me batty. Must be awful to have to be talking constantly!

It's bad enough that she couldn't shut up, but it's that she was a loud talker too. So everyone within earshot was subject to her petty, busybody chatter.

My cube was right outside her office so I had to listen to her on the phone too. *cringe* *shudder* *barf*
