Warner Home Video and Warner Brothers Television announced the start of production on Babylon 5: The Lost Tales, a made-for-video movie that will tell two new stories set in the B5 universe. WHV will be the home-entertainment distributor for the made-for-DVD release, which will include two new stories under the collective subtitle "Voices of the Dark" in one film, plus exclusive behind-the-scenes content.
The stories will be written and directed by executive producer and Babylon 5 creator J. Michael Straczynski. Executive producer Doug Netter also returns in that role. Actors from the original series that have signed on to participate in the project include Bruce Boxleitner (President John Sheridan), Tracy Scoggins (Capt. Elizabeth Lochley) and Peter Woodward (Galen).
The Lost Tales picks up several years after the events of the original Babylon 5 TV series and follows several of its major characters in new adventures set against the backdrop of the B5 universe. The movie will be released sometime in 2007.

Knowing how G'kar was and how Leta was getting to be, such a film would have to receive at least an R rating...
Of course, 90 minutes of Pat Tallman burlesque would be considerably better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
G'kar posthumously says "Oh, I most wholeheartedly agree!" and you can almost hear him saying it...

I thought it was fun and could have grown with some help. I found the idea of the Rangers interesting. Kind of like the Paladans of Charlemange.
It also had G'Kar in it, which was good. Too bad the actor who's name I can't spell died. There couldn't be another.
Andreas Katsulas died? Damn, not only did he make a good G'Kar, he was awesome as a Romulan.
Yes, he smoked like a chimney and died of lung cancer.
I also think the way tv shows are rated is going to away soon..
No way Bryon was absolutely gorgeous.
I wish they would bring back Marcus and Claudia Christian. Unfortunately Steven died too. And Garibaldi was awesome.
From what I have understand, Claudia left B5 not on good terms.. Agreed on both points...
She wanted more money for the last season and they wouldn't pay her, they came to terms she fax'd her agreement and they said she didn't make it by the deadline or something like that.
Last I heard she sold her house in CA and moved to England to do a TV show there.
Fantastic news!
