Is that supposed to be a depiction of an American white non-Muslim girl in Muslim garb? Probably Danish or Swedish, possibly Belgian or French, since they seem to be having more troubles with their Muslim populations' repressed sexuality. I would think that as a defense mechanism, they are taking a page from Darwin, and adapting camouflage so as to be less noticed by predators, thereby increasing the chances of survival.
