Last week, the veteran Harlem pol responded to the veep's claim that he didn't understand how the economy works by calling Cheney a "son of a bitch."

Real classy.

Yesterday, in his first full press conference since the Democrats won on Tuesday, Rangel ratcheted things up.

He noted that an office that Cheney uses in the U.S. Capitol building has traditionally been used by the Ways and Means chairman. Then he said, mockingly, "I'm trying to find some way to be gentle to restore the dignity of that office" - indicating that Cheney had better find new digs. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

I see the RATS didn't wait very long to start feeling their oats. There was no way Rangel could keep his mouth shut, and I expect that Pelosi and Conyers will be right behind him, dying to start spewing venom. As a Republican, I say "Keep it up!" because the more they mouth off, the sooner 2008 gets here.

Sad to see Allen go down, really sad to see Rick Santorum lose. Time to start looking at '08. Now that Allen has been destroyed by the MSM/RATS, I'm going to have to look at Mitt Romney, unless a Southern or Midwestern Pubbie raises their head.
