I saw that info posted somewhere ... not sure if it's accurate or not. Last night around midnight at the State Board of Elections site, they were up around 99%, and that's when the lead flipped... between 99.16 and 99.26% of all votes cast. All kinda strange.
I think if Allen is sure he lost, he will conceed and not put everyone through an unnecessary recount, but he is entitled to wait until it is crystal clear that he did lose. If he did (as it appears).
I think a recount would be okay. The problem I would have is if he insisted on continuing to recount until he wins. With this close of an election, I think the people who voted for him deserve one recount. And then, if he's still behind (which I suspect he will be), he should concede graciously.
