I am a diehard conservative, but this was a decent gesture by the author, and if the moonbattiness can be kept to a minimum, we can see what we can do together.
Neither of us wants a nuke to go off over Los Angeles; neither of us wants a long and bitter recession; neither of us wants increasing negative Islamic influence on America.
Please advise your bretheren to avoid the endless investigation stuff -- it will lead nowhere and will only distract us from increasing our prosperity and from defending ourselves against a relentless enemy.
