Not odd at all. She would not have helped her party win.

Rush speculates that it would be the resignation of Rumsfeld Gee, maybe he'll give the job to Kerry.

Know thy enemy. I did watch and she said impeachment is off the table and it is in writing that it will not be on the table. Pelosi had no choice but to take it off the table because it became a must in order to get the Blue Dog Dems elected. If they put it back on the table then 2 years will be the maximum they will be the majority and they know it.

should be a fun 2 years seeing these idiots squealing around not knowing what the hell they are doing. They'll know what to do. The economy, Iraq, illegal immigration, the military, all will descend into chaos, and the Dems will stand there, point to Bush and squeal "It's all Bush's fault!"

I think Rush is probably right and this is probably a part of the deal with Pelosi to keep impeachment and some hearings off the table.

When are they pulling us out of Bosnia?
To: TomGuy
AP is reporting that Rumsfeld is stepping down. I don't blame him, I'm not sure I would want to continue under the circumstances either.

She is dumber than a doorknob...God help us.I don't see the problem. All she has to do is read the script that Hillary faxes her everyday.
