DURHAM -- Former Durham Assistant District Attorney Ashley Cannon confirmed Monday that she has filed a sexual-harassment complaint against someone in her old office.

In THESE circumstances they DO NAME the accuser but do NOT name the alledged PERPetrator -- whose name we all know and which could be easily found (even for the mainstream media) assuming the reporter doesn't already know it. I've seen a couple of articles that said that Cannon confirmed that she had filed a complaint against Nifong, but had refused to give the name of the other person involved.

Have we seen any source other than KC Johnson / DIW say that she told him it was Couch?
