I can believe that Kim told the truth at first, then bent a bit under the extreme pressure to support the black victim Crystal, then realized that she needed to tell the whole truth regardless.

Kim's Brother and SIL live in Cal. Remember the My Space page for her SIL?
Also, the term "Leave Marks on me, or Put Marks on me" is primarily southern phrase, I think. It means 2 things. If said by a woman to a man, it means, I will call the cops and put you in jail.
It can also mean, touch me and I sue you.
It is a term used in the lower class, addicts, etc.
This is why Kim got so upset.....IF IT IS TRUE.

Jareil? He waited nearby in the car while she visited the Hotel NoTell .
Still wondering about that white car.

I have thought after it was revealed that the FA made a call from the bathroom on her cell phone, that she left a message. Someone got the message and went looking for her. A single black female that the taxi driver saw in a white car. Leaving mad and in a hurry because the FA wasn't there.

I just have a hugh and series problem with Kim revealing this nearly 8 months later. She drops a bombshell when she gets taken to the country club by Ed Bradley, and another on a national interview on GMA. Promise this woman a TV camera and she'll say just about anything imo.

The ONLY parties in this case who have told consistent stories are the defense team, the Lax players and their families...

I gave up at about 8:30 and didn't see if she was further interviewed. And although I don't think Kim is a particularly reliable witness or person, anything that further diminishes Nifong's bogus case is okay in my book.

Everybody be sure that Drudge gets this story; I think he should have it up in blinking red letters. . .

OOPS! Never mind, he 's got it up already!

This case is a scandal which makes the judicial system of Durham and Duke university itself look terrible. It is an outrage that no one has yet pulled the plug on Nifong.

I do too! That is why I added the last line...LOL

The 'marks' would be bona fides. And she was hoping that her pimp would go easy on her when he found out she lost her money and/or got shorted. It's a cinch the pimp would 'put marks on her."
I can think of 3 senarios:
1. she was going to claim to here pimp that the lacrosse players beat her and took the money to avoid a further beating.
2. Roberts was stealing her money and she wanted evidence for the pimp to avoid a further beating.
3. she was planing to cry rape already and wanted marks to back up here story.
Personally, I think a combo of 1 & 2 were the story. The crying rape only became necessary later to get out of involuntary committment.

It's not that convoluted, see my post above.
It is a natural response among those kinds of people when someone is pi$$ing them off, or they feel threatened.
Kim got scared, because she has a record, and if Mangum took out a warrant on her for hit, bruising etc. Kim would be in trouble.
If what Kim is saying is true.
