No DNA, IOW.I'm not sure on the DNA issue; I seem to remember at least one case recently where very ancient DNA was recovered, although I don't remember the specific circumstances. Regarding the title itself: as per FR's request, I never change titles of articles ... you'll have to take it up with the BBC ;-)
