Hey... that's what happens when a true technoweenie tries to learn to post pictures on Free Republic!!! :)
If you want to link to an image from that site, here's whatcha do:
1. Do the usual right-click and then copy-image-location thing on the image you want.
2. Go to www.imageshack.us.
3. Upload the url of the image (NOT "file," but "URL"). Click "Host it!"
4. Post the image using the usual html stuff and the code in the "direct link to image" bar.
5. ???
6. Profit!
