I think he managed to say nothing of value. Same old, same old.
He told captains talked with him, categorically denied the rape has taken place, and he told them to tell the truth.
And then he goes into how it's bad if a rape has taken place, and how it's also bad if the students were falsely accused. Basically, he managed to talk and talk, while saying nothing of value.
