Peterson is an older (but not "old") black woman with a mouth that never stops, but she isn't what I would call smallish from the one time I saw her on TV. Not big, not small, but everything else you said about the woman sounds like Peterson. She's a racist gadfly running about looking for racism behind every tree and exaggerating what she finds which is mostly nothing, and calls herself a black activist. Not the woman in that photo. Woman I saw was thinner and older. She was behind me in the very back of the room so I could only turn around for a quick look.
