Wait a minute. You're the one who gave the big speech about truth, justice and the American way. How we really don't know what went on before the altercation. How the mean, nasty, crooked judge wouldn't allow certain testimony. I mean, after that big speech of yours, it's just kinda ironic to learn Finnerty didn't take the opportunity to reveal "the truth". By the way, Collin asked for a bench trial.

Have you actually had any first hand exposure to the judicial system? It seems you are intent on winding people up for no purpose.

Collin didn't ask for a bench trial. It was a misdemeanor so he didn't have a right to a jury trial.

Since I mis-addressed my earlier post, I'll correct the situation. Collin isn't a punk. All my brothers got into these kind of street fights and they aren't punks. Well, maybe once in a blue moon but not usually. This is life - you don't have to be perfect.

He didn't ask for a bench trial. There is no right to a jury trial for a misdemeanor. He couldn't have asked for a jury trial if he wanted one.
