I'm not sure my sarcasm was clear. I'm a Duke BSEE grad myself and IHO the BME program is harder.

No offense taken. Some (sexist) folks do assume BME is easy because there are more females in it than other "E" programs. What they do not realize is that about 30% of BME's are pre-meds with a back-up career plan!

However, I am advising my son to forgo the BME and get a BS Chem E or BSME and take a bio minor. Your thoughts?
