Right on. They put it out there straight up and no frills. The sound bites were short and to the point. Unless you're of the mind of the prosecutor, you can't help but see that this was a complete miscarriage of justice (no, not a mistake or a bungled investigation), but OUT AND OUT MALICIOUS PROSECUTION.

Malicious Prosecution is spelled, Persecution. And any Prosecutor who practices persecution deserves no place in the legal system, except maybe in a cell.
