Am I the only mother of three sons who cannot understand how 3 sons and a husband go through toilet paper faster that 10 women?

Is it a universal thing?

I too am the mother of 3 sons (4 including the husband). Apparently, it is universal. I don't know what they do with it since they need it more rarely than I. There also seems to be an issue with soap. I think they leave it on the floor of the shower to melt.
