I thought the general consensus around here was that the wife should stay home with kids.
My wife and I enjoy an occasional heterosexual adult porn movie. Some of the scenes are hilarious. Neither of us has turned into mass murderers, and we are going on 32 years.
One could argue that the lifestyle, tax bracket that this couple is/was in, would make it possible for one parent to be 'at home' and caring for the children at all times (I would guess Sara Evans doesn't tour all year). In the case of this couple, the wife was obviously the primary wage earner...is there a problem with that? Your original post, IMO, blames Ms. Evans exclusively for the demise of her marriage (due to her not being at home to 'take care of her husband') and doesn't address the provoclivities of the soon-to-be ex husband.
