Greta and Hammer say they would drop the case, Grimm and a Black attorney say it should go to trial. However, all seem to think that if the prosecutor knows he doesn't have enough to win he's ethically bound to drop. Hammer also said Nifong should have spoken to the accused lax players last April if they had evidence on the case(he said if true prosecutor refused--not sure where Hammer's been!)
