Believe me ... online gaming is a societal issue.
Mr Crack Cocaine ... meet your long lost brother Mr WoW (World of Warcraft) and your cousin Mr Everquest.
Either they missed a good opportunity or they have another episode with that character already in the works.
I'm not a gamer either and I also loved it. I think everyone probably knows or has known people like "he who has no life" which made it hilarious, IMO.
And Butters with his Hello Kitty game and showing up as the same character as Cartman was pretty funny.
Oh, don't be too sure about that. WoW and Blizzard won't mind, it's free advertising.
Heck, as a religion or belief system, it may have more followers than atheism.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
something Cartman might say?!?
What about the episode where they were building the tower to heaven, and the military took over. What was the title of that one? It was rather innocuous wasn't it?
Now those episodes were funny I did watch first season of Queer eye LOL! on Bravo
And Rainforest I like that when Cartman did hit monkey with the stick LOL!
"You are a very bad monkey!"
You might be right about that guy coming back. I wonder if now the boys will have to loose some weight? Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers anyone? Cartman at a weigh-in? BMI school nazi nurse? Blame placed on too much salisbury steak? Discuss...
I love that ROFL
I like the one about Tower to heaven of Stair to heaven or something like that
At end of episode God asking Saddam are you buying WMD in Heaven Saddam
NOOOO I build chocolate chip factory
Next episode Cartman sues the makers of Hot Pockets...
I've only been watching SP for just over a year... I can't remember those two at the moment. I may have the DVDs with those episodes here... I'm not even sure. One of these days - if we ever have a free weekend - we'll have to sit down and watch those DVDs and get caught up. ;-)
Congrats on that Mets win today, BTW!
I think ya might be onto something. This whole "obesity epidemic" scam has been blown way out of proportion, and is ripe pickin's for SP's occam-esque razor wit.
I was hoping for the same... I would have loved it if this episode was a full hour and we found out a little more about that loser guy controlling the supertoon...
Companies that run games like this don't really love the people who do nothing but play them... we're talking 40, 60, even 80 hours a week or more, that some people spend on them.
That's a lot of service those people chew up, plus more than their fair share of admin time, for the same money as they get from someone who logs in for an hour a week.
LMAOROFFLECAKES OMG did you just infer that teh matt and teh trey must be freepers cuz they used teh word pwned?!?! You think FR started that word? LMAO. You haven't been outside of FR on the internetz have j00?
Pop some X and chill, homes, you're harshing my beer-induced mellow.
Hopefully this season will be available (as the spring episodes were) on iTtunes soon as I don't get Comedy Central anymore. iTunes has Season 4 available now.
We can not give the Sword of a Thousand Truths to a n00b!
One little touch that I liked about this episode. In the background of many of the scenes, you could see people bunny hopping around.
For the non-gamers among us, in most MMORPGs, there's a "jump" command that allows the player to, well, jump. And in every game, there's a subset of players who will jump constantly. They can't run from place to place, they have to hop there. It drives a lot of people nuts, and apparently someone on the South Park staff gets annoyed by it too.
Just found it amusing.
