How are Texas's roads any business of your's?

Anyone who pays federal taxes will be funding Cintra to build the corridors. This is really the business of the whole country however, this been kept quiet and few people of other states are aware.

I refer you to the excellent post #94.

Of course there is some federal funding available to Texas or a Public-Private Partnership. For a fact, Texas recieves far less federal funds than she pays in.

If Texas were to build and operate, they would have to borrow a lot of money. In a P-P-P, a Cintra will have to borrow a lot of money.

BTW, I have already bookmarked the DOT report because it is a compelling argument for Private-Public. You should read/browse it. It shoots you down.
