I'm a big fan of Bigfoot Barleywine and Tupper's Hop Pocket Ale.

The more flavor you can get in the glass, the better I like it.

Some of those brews are so thick you don't need a glass, you almost need a spoon.

Just how far does that go? I enjoyed a four pack of Sam Smith's Imperial Stout the other night jamming with my band. It's difficult trying to poke down more than three during a single evening because of just how thick it is and also all the alcohol. I'm waiting for my homebrewed imperial stout (with raspberries, cherries and 10% alcohol) to mature in the bottle so I can drink that.

I am a HUGE fan of Bigfoot Barlywine, though.
