This whole "net neutrality" thing is confusing to my not-especially-tech-savvy self. Could someone with computer-knowledge please tell me what the hell it is, and if it goes away, what can/can't be done that can't/can be done now?

The forum on his website is worth a laugh if you have a few minutes to kill one day. Lots of folks praising Teddy for doing such a great job taking money from those who work and giving it to those who don't.
