I just went back to that spoiler site and followed another link http://www.tarflies.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=77111#77111 and read it more carefully. Here is what it said.

Of course it looks like it really wasn't a 2 parter.

(according to the description, the teams are still in Vietnam this week--but the title suggests that they will eventually reach Phil Keoghan's birthplace, Christchurch, New Zealand)

"I Know Phil, Little Ol' Gorgeous Thing!"

The teams are forced to navigate rough waters while racing through Vietnam;
the leading team switches cab drivers again and again;
one racer's injury forces a team to stop for medical attention.

The race resumes tonight at 8pm EST, after football and 60 Minutes
