I would also like to add that when Kim decided to call it a night, three minutes into their "dance routine," she knew she had the upper hand with the Duke players (11+ years older, minority female,and knowing Duke players would not call cops over getting ripped off by the strippers.) She figured "Screw them," but then had the uncalcualted problem of having AV on her hands, probably thinking her ride would come for her once AV called her ride or agency, which did not happen. As the night word on, she grew more pissed off at players, and AV, figuring "Screw you," and never imagining the scenario the scenario which would follow, which accounts for her initial "it's a crock" statement.
