Have you followed the news closely? The media has had the guy innocent now, just a harmless nut (oh maybe a pedophile), ever since he came across as nutty when he first appeared on tv in Thailand, and when the Thai officials kept quoting him with quotes they later said he didn't really say. Do you understand...the media has him innocent, not guilty, at this point.
The most galling thing about the Thai press conference was the Thai officials laughing and guffawing like this was some big effen joke.
