That's why I am reserving my judgement until the DNA evidence shows innocence or guilt. If he's found innocent, then I'll sit back and watch the eggheads in the media try to spin it.

I'm waiting for hard facts, also. In the meantime, we should be aware of the possibility that the DNA might not rule him in or out, but might be inconclusive. In which case, truth is screwed whether or not he committed the crime. The Boulder authorities, wanting him to be their man, will assemble what circumstantial case they can.

Given Karr's seemingly desperate need to be seen as the killer, after formal charges are filed, he might choose to plead guilty. Which means there never would be a trial and the Boulder DA would never have to prove their case.

I am too, and I don't blame the Ramsey's for being torqued all these years.

I normally don't watch Countdown with Keith Olbermann, but last night Olbermann's was not there, so there was a guest host interviewing some freelance video photographer, and all the while during the interview they ran the video this guy shot on the plane. It was appalling to watch this snake moving around first class freely without shackles or handcuffs, smiling and looking all coiffed like a metrosexual idiot.

I was ready to start throwing objects at my TV.

despite what the MSM wants you to hear, the Ramseys were not subjected to very much scrutiny by the cops because the cops were not allowed to do it....the Ramseys had lawyered up and got a Public relations specialist in AFAIK and refused basic, individual interogations at the police station and only took LDT's years later and only under with their own LDT specialist...( as I read, the first test was inconclusive, and it was the second one that they submitted to the MSM)

the present DA in Boulder got her job basically because she lead the public to believe that she would work on the Ramsey case, but all she did was declare that it was probably an intruder...the questions about the parents were never fully answered....

now, do I think that loving parents, such as the Ramseys certainly were, would truss up their own dtr like what happened?......NO, I find it inconceivable......but if only they had cooperated more fully.....maybe this case would have been solved years ago....
