Since his ex wife has come out and said he was there and swears that he was there with her on Christmas of 1996, she is now not talking at all and keeping quiet. She should have already had pictures provided to the DA/media that he was there with her instead of somewhere else, but so far we haven't seen anything. And that is very suspicious!
The only thing that I suspect is she has found something that the DA might use. Did you read the story where she hid in a graveyard she was so scared of him?

In her position I be VERY loudly say that I knew nothing for the protection of myself and children; and then quietly give the information to the police.
Why would anything she gave the DA be put out in the press if it's evidence in an ongoing murder investigation?
