1. If the bowl of fresh pineapple were in the refrigerator (it would be in my house) Then JB could easily have gotten it out for herself.....The children may have both eaten out of it earlier in the day or it may have been her brother's left overs and she was finishing it up for him....(My youngest favorite trick.) The killer may never have touched it.
2. If the killer was in the laudry room (note the picture of her taken in the laundry room), it could have been from the dryer or washer lint, and transferred from there. I assume Patsy did her own laundry.
3. The perp took the original tape off. Kissed her and then put a new piece on. Kept the other for a trophy.
4. They were planning on flying out that day....Had worn their clothes only to the party the evening before. Had other clothes packed or in the laundry. (we'll not discuss how many times I fall asleep in my clothes/chair reading)
ENough for tonight

That's good but I'd add something. If JB got it herself she did so by dipping b/c her fingerprints weren't on it. So, she opens the fridge and just grabs a handful. Whether the killer touched it, just to be nitpicky, would depend on WHO that was!

I'll buy that one.

Okay, but we've still got PR fiber on the inside of the tape. Transferred? Now, it could be a BPD bluff, too. They never released the fiber data.

Ooohhh, that's good.
More in the morrow.
1. The bowl was out on a counter, not in fridge
2. Not aware of your reference, will have to back and see it
3. Re-placing marks of the adhesive would've been detected - no way a 2nd piece of tape would go down in the same exact place and be exactly the same length, but if it were, there would be a double depth of the adhesive in places
4. Then do you tell people your shower was broken, if they know it's the same outfit?
